Introduction to Food Safety Additive Certification
Food safety addition management system certification is called FSA in English. It is a food safety addition certification standard formulated by CSU in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China" and relevant laws and regulations. It is a set of certification management system standards that contribute to food safety and health addition.
CSU2030.1 is a set of management system standards that are conducive to food safety additives, which was established in response to the 2030 Healthy China Development Program, based on CSU's many years of certification technical service experience, and in combination with the compliance, health, safety, interaction and internal control of food additives. Its purpose is to combat illegal additives and ensure food safety; this standard identifies and controls additives in the food production process, determines the scope of legal additives, identifies the risks of illegal additives, establishes a food safety supervision mechanism, enhances food safety awareness, reduces food safety risks, and ensures food safety and health!
Why implement food safety management system certification:
Food safety additive accidents occur frequently. Additive accidents caused by illegal additives and excessive additives have brought great food safety pressure to the society. They have caused great harm to human health! The risk of food safety is the risk of additives. All food safety problems are often caused by excessive additives, illegal additives and unclear identification of additive interactions.
Through the establishment of a food safety additive management system, we can achieve enterprise safety additive identification control, clarify the enterprise's additive boundaries, formulate effective additive control plans, and form a safety additive supervision and control mechanism. Let the food safety additive management system provide effective protection for food safety.
The significance of implementing food safety additive management:
Adopting a food safety additive management system is a strategic decision to achieve food safety additives, which can help organizations achieve the following benefits:
1. Enhance food safety awareness and ensure food health and safety;
2. Lay the foundation for the sustainable and healthy development of food safety;

4. Prove compliance with food safety additive management system requirements.
Food safety additive management system certification process (cycle 1-2 months):
1. Submit an application for certification: fill in the certification application form and sign the certification contract;
2. Organize the addition survey: understand the company's addition needs, determine the safe addition scope, and determine the addition standards;
3. Organize on-site training: Provide food safety additive management system training to applicants;
4. Formulate additive specifications: determine the scope of food safety additives for the organization, identify the risks of food safety additives, clarify the boundaries (categories) and quantities of food additives, and determine food safety control specifications;
5. Internal audit: Conduct internal review of the food safety additive system;
6. On-site review of the organization: The organization organizes auditors to conduct a third-party review of the status of the organization system;
7. Issuance of certification certificate: Certificate issued after passing the review
Objectives: To combat illegal additives and ensure food safety;
