Training Course on Construction and Management of Standardized Production Bases for Green Food Raw Materials Held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province

  In order to summarize and exchange the experience and results of the construction of standardized production bases for green food raw materials in various places , strengthen the team building and talent training of the base work system, and study and deploy the next steps , from May 13 to 15 , the China Green Food Development Center held the 2025 Green Food Raw Materials Standardized Production Base Construction and Management Training Course in Chengdu, Sichuan Province . Li Xianjun, chief expert of the China Green Food Development Center , attended the training course and delivered a speech. Li Chunhua, chief veterinarian of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony .

After years of exploration and practice, the green food base has established a development model with the joint participation of local governments, leading enterprises and farmers in the base, the integrated development of standardization, industrialization and branding, and the coordinated and unified development of economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits. It has played a positive role in meeting the needs of green food processing enterprises, providing stable and high-quality raw materials for green food processing products, consolidating the development foundation of the green food industry, amplifying the brand effect of green food, and promoting the increase in the supply of green and high-quality agricultural products. In the new era, the construction of the base should accurately grasp the new situation and new tasks, aim to increase the proportion of green and high-quality agricultural products, focus on optimizing the production layout of green and high-quality agricultural products, focus on the standardization and quality improvement of the base construction, give full play to the radiation and driving role, help improve the quality and safety level of agricultural products, and more effectively support the high-quality development of agriculture.

In the next step, the base construction will focus on taking measures in the following six aspects : first, strengthen the construction of the system team, clarify the division of responsibilities, and do a good job in overall coordination; second, optimize the base management system mechanism, and revise and improve the base construction work specifications; third, strengthen the cultivation of leading enterprises, lead and drive industrial upgrading; fourth, strengthen training, and improve the capabilities of base construction participants; fifth, strengthen supervision, and ensure the quality of base construction; sixth, strengthen publicity and promotion, and do a good job in production and sales docking follow-up services.

At the training course , eight provincial green food work agencies in Heilongjiang, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Henan, Anhui, Hunan, Zhejiang, Fujian, and three base construction units in Rong County, Sichuan, Lankao County, Henan, and Fengjie County, Chongqing exchanged experiences . The trainees had a full discussion on the newly drafted "Guide to the Construction and Management of Standardized Production Bases for Green Food Raw Materials" by the center . Luan Zhihua, executive deputy director of the China Green Huaxia Organic Product Certification Center, gave a special lecture on organic agriculture and organic agricultural product base construction . During the training, the center sent and collected 200 questionnaires on base construction work . The Sichuan Green Food Development Center set up a base product display area, which concentrated on displaying the base construction experience and achievements and green food products of 11 base counties (districts) such as Pujiang County, Chengdu City, Dongpo District, Meishan City, and Wangcang County, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province.

The training course also carried out on-site teaching in Rong County, Sichuan Province . The trainees learned about the construction practices of the Yidongqiao Tea Industrial Base in Laimou Town, the loquat industry demonstration base in Xinqiao Town and the Zigong Chunlan Tea Co., Ltd. (Industrial Park) , and gained an in-depth understanding of the standardized production model and management experience of green food raw materials.

More than 200 people, including relevant responsible persons from provincial and some municipal green food working agencies and representatives of base construction units across the country, participated in the training.
